We aim to make scholarship information clear, current and traceable to the organisation that controls the award.
Official sources come first
Eligibility, benefits, deadlines, application status and selection stages are checked against the scholarship provider, government, embassy, university or official programme documentation. Where an institution controls admission and a scholarship provider controls funding, we distinguish those requirements.
Official-source links appear within detailed guides so readers can verify the information and complete applications through the correct channel. Secondary articles and social posts may help us discover a change, but they do not replace confirmation from the responsible organisation.
Dates and changing information
Scholarship rules can change between cycles. Date-sensitive guides show a visible “last updated” date and, where useful, a current status notice. We review major programme pages when a provider publishes a new call, closes an intake or changes material eligibility or benefit information.
Historical dates are labelled with their intake or cycle. We avoid presenting an old deadline as a forecast for the next round.
Corrections
If we identify a factual error, we correct the page and update its modified date when the change is material. Readers and providers can report a possible error by emailing service@gainersfuture.com with the page URL, disputed statement and an official source.
Provider independence and commercial services
Gainers Future is an independent scholarship-guidance service unless a page explicitly states an official partnership. Listing or explaining a scholarship does not imply endorsement, affiliation or authority to award it.
Our preparation and consultation services are separate from scholarship selection. Payment for guidance does not purchase admission, funding or preferential consideration from a provider.
Use of AI and editorial review
Technology may support outlining, consistency checks, link review or presentation. Programme facts must still be grounded in official sources. We do not treat generated text as evidence and do not invent deadlines, awards, student outcomes, authors or institutional relationships.
Applicants should follow each university and scholarship provider’s rules on AI-assisted application writing. Personal statements, proposals and examples must remain truthful and defensible by the applicant.
Applicant responsibility
Our guides support preparation; they do not replace the current application notice, legal terms, university admission rules or professional advice. Applicants are responsible for checking the official source before submission, protecting account credentials and ensuring that every document and claim is accurate.
No adviser can guarantee admission or a scholarship decision. Selection belongs to the relevant institution or funding body.
